How it works

This Sudo Skill is designed to help your team collect actionable product feedback in real-time from your customers. Since Sudo is connected to your calls with customers, it can automatically detect when product feedback is provided. You start by giving Sudo a hint about "keywords" to listen for, and when Sudo detects those keywords, it will prompt the your team as follows:

Based on the rep's answer, Sudo's AI will start to get better and better at identifying those calls using "Reinforcement Learning". When the salesperson, customer success manager, solutions architect, or anyone else on your team clicks yes, they then are asked to provide more details about the feedback:

The response can then be written to your issue tracking system of choice, including which account the feedback came from.
