How it works

This Sudo Skill is designed to make sure your team captures the information that is MOST important to you in a standard and consistent way. Once you have this skill in place, it becomes infinitely easier for all relevant parties (executive sponsors, sales managers, etc.) to get the latest and greatest information about an account without harassing the account owner.

After a meeting, Sudo pings the rep and requests that they answer the questions. Given that people sometimes have back-to-back meetings, the rep has the option to answer the questions immediately or come back to it later in the day

Prompt sent after every call/meeting

If the meeting didn't happen, was rescheduled, etc., then the rep can click "Delete Activity". Otherwise, when they click "Answer Questions" then Sudo will ask them the questions your organization cares about, one at a time:
