How it works

This Sudo Skill is designed to help your team collect information about your competitors in real-time from your customers. Since Sudo is connected to your calls with customers, it can automatically detect when competitors are mentioned. You start by giving Sudo a hint about competitors to listen for, and when Sudo detects those keywords, it will prompt the your team as follows:

Based on the rep's answer, Sudo's AI will start to get better and better at identifying calls where competitors are mentioned using "Reinforcement Learning". When the salesperson, customer success manager, solutions architect, or anyone else on your team clicks yes, they then are asked to provide more details about the competitor:

The response (and the meta-data about where the information came from) can then be written to your competitive tracking tool of choice.
