How it works

This Sudo Skill is designed to streamline the handoff and ensure that the AE has all the information they need to hit the ground running with a new account. The handoff from SDRs to AEs is notoriously inefficient. Information gets lost in translation, and then the customer ends up repeating the same thing to the AE that they already told the SDR.

When Sudo detects a relevant "Qualification Event", it prompts the SDR to determine whether the lead is ready for handoff.

Prompt to SDR after relevant qualification event

If the lead is ready for handoff, then Sudo asks the SDR a series of questions that will provide the AE with all the relevant information from the qualification call. For example:

Once the SDR completes the questionnaire, Sudo converts the lead, creates an opportunity, and assigns it to the correct AE based on your assignment rules. Sudo then sends a confirmation both to the SDR and a similar notification to the AE.

Confirmation of opportunity creation

If, on the other hand, the lead is NOT ready for hand off, then Sudo prompts the SDR to select why

Prompt to SDR to explain why Lead is not qualified
