This Sudo Skill is designed to help your team act on inbound leads faster than they are doing today. The idea is that as soon as a new lead is assigned, the owner is prompted to accept or decline it.
If the lead is accepted, then the person can act on it immediately, right from this message.
If the lead is declined, the person is asked to give a reason why. Based on the reason, the lead can be re-assigned or taken out of circulation. If the lead is not accepted by the deadline, it is automatically re-assigned.
