This Sudo Skill is designed to help your team more effectively cross-sell new products to your existing accounts by passing the right information at all the right points in the sales process. Before meeting with an account eligible for cross-sell, Sudo will prompt the rep to remind them of the cross-sell opportunity. Optionally, Sudo can provide the rep here with tips about pitching the product, marketing collateral, etc.
After the call, if the rep discussed the cross-sell, Sudo can prompt for information about how the account responded to that particular pitch.
If the rep did not discuss the cross-sell, Sudo can reinforce that they were supposed to have that discussion, and prompt for why it did not happen. Based on the response, Sudo can create follow-up tasks, mark the account as ineligible for this product, etc.
