How it works

This Sudo Skill is designed to help your team more effectively identify and act on signals that your accounts may attrit, before it's time to renew and you find out the hard way. When you start pushing your production usage data to Sudo, Sudo can detect implicit or explicit anomalies and prompt your team accordingly. Once Sudo detects this, it immediately sends this information to the customer success rep or account manager on the account:

From here, the customer success rep has a few options.  They can create a task to follow up with the account, retrieve more usage data, or get suggested actions that your team has put in place for this specific warning sign.
